Georges Brassens: The
Man with the Famous Moustache
"The name is famous, the songs are famous - but who was Georges Brassens? Artist and illustrator Quentin Blake gets behind the moustache to discover more about the great French singer and songwriter, with the help of his biographer Jacques Vassal, rock writer Jean-Daniel Beauvallet, and some of Brassens' British admirers, including Posy Simmonds, Julian Barnes, Michael Rosen and Tim Pigott-Smith".
Well, the broadcast is far better than the blurb...
